All of our aquarium stands and canopies are made out of WOOD NOT MDF/PARTICLE board so they can handle the stress, water spills & the weight of your aquarium. As a fellow aquarist, caring for marine aquariums for over 20 years I understand how much money and time is put into our aquariums. Don't waste your money on cheap MDF / PARTICLE BOARD constructed stands and canopies, they WILL FAIL. Invest in a custom piece to accent your interior decor that will last .
